Join a dynamic e-commerce team as a freelance video editor specializing in direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising. This role focuses on crafting compelling Facebook and Instagram ads that drive conversions and brand growth. You will play a key part in developing and testing new ad concepts, sourcing creative assets, and ensuring each video aligns with direct-response marketing principles. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance-driven content and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-performing video ads for Facebook and Instagram tailored to DTC e-commerce audiences
- Source and curate B-roll footage and other creative assets as needed for each project
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and iterate on new ad concepts
- Implement direct-response advertising strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform best practices, and competitor content to inform creative direction
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience editing video ads for DTC brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Deep understanding of direct-response advertising principles and performance metrics
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to independently source and integrate B-roll and stock footage
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to evolving brand guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams
- Availability for ongoing, long-term collaboration
