Company Description

Content Lab is a membership-based video content studio helping marketing teams produce consistent, high-quality video without the usual production friction. Using our Plan · Record · Scale process, we turn a single recording session into a full month of outcome-driven marketing content. Membership tiers offer different levels of planning support, studio time, and content production, so teams can match output to their marketing strategy. We're "Content as a Service": a monthly video engine for modern brands.

Role Description

We're looking for a Freelance Video Editor, a part-time, hybrid role based in the Belfast Metropolitan Area. The core of this role is editing raw footage into polished marketing videos aligned with client objectives and our Plan · Record · Scale framework. Day-to-day work includes assembling timelines, adding graphics and motion elements, and exporting deliverables in required formats.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Beyond editing, there's an opportunity to grow into studio production. We'll train you to run our multi-cam setup (video switcher, lighting profiles) for live client sessions. This is a skills-development path available to the right person, not a requirement to start.
