Join an exciting opportunity to shape engaging travel, culture, and food content for a growing Spanish-language YouTube channel. As a freelance video editor, you will be responsible for editing 10- to 20-minute vlogs that captivate audiences and enhance viewer retention. This long-term collaboration involves producing 4 to 8 videos per month, with the potential for increased volume as the channel expands. The ideal candidate brings a dynamic, modern editing style and a passion for storytelling that resonates with a diverse audience.
Deliverables
- Edit 10- to 20-minute YouTube vlogs with a focus on pacing, narrative flow, and audience engagement
- Incorporate professional Spanish subtitles, sound effects, music, zooms, and transitions in a balanced, non-intrusive manner
- Ensure each video maintains a dynamic and entertaining style consistent with the channel’s brand
- Deliver 4 to 8 completed videos per month, adhering to agreed-upon timelines
- Collaborate closely to understand content goals and provide creative input where appropriate

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience editing YouTube vlogs, preferably in travel, culture, or food niches
- Proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Demonstrated ability to add subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer experience
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention strategies
- Portfolio showcasing relevant YouTube editing work
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
- Availability for ongoing, long-term collaboration
