Join an exciting project to launch a new YouTube channel dedicated to dentistry education for the general public. This role involves collaborating closely with a dentist to create engaging, informative, and visually compelling video content covering topics such as dental implants, bone loss, orthodontics, veneers, dental anxiety, treatment options, common mistakes, myths, pricing, and real patient cases. You will play a key part in shaping the channel’s creative direction, helping to establish a professional authority and personal brand in the dental field. The position begins with a paid test project and, if successful, will transition into a long-term remote partnership.
Deliverables
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-retention YouTube videos
- Develop video structure, hooks, and pacing to maximize viewer engagement
- Integrate storytelling techniques and visual assets, including graphics and animations, to clarify complex dental topics
- Design compelling titles and thumbnails to drive clicks and channel growth
- Analyze retention and performance metrics to inform ongoing format improvements
- Collaborate on creative direction and content planning for future episodes

Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube content, ideally for educational or health-related channels
- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Ability to create and integrate custom graphics, animations, and visual aids
- Deep understanding of YouTube best practices, including retention strategies, SEO, and thumbnail design
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, part-time contract setting
- Experience with retention analysis and channel growth strategies is highly desirable
