Join a dynamic project supporting leading brands across Australia and New Zealand by creating engaging, social-first short-form video content. This part-time remote contract runs until February 2027 and focuses on ideating, shooting, and editing videos that resonate with local audiences, particularly on TikTok. You will collaborate closely with a regional social team to develop culturally relevant content, respond to trends, and help build a strong digital presence for major brands in the region.
Deliverables
- Produce short-form videos tailored for TikTok and other social platforms, ensuring content is native and engaging.
- Ideate, script, film, and edit videos from concept to final delivery.
- Respond rapidly to emerging trends, cultural moments, and viral topics relevant to Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop repeatable content formats and series to maintain an always-on content calendar.
- Collaborate with the social team to align content with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet platform specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for brands, publishers, or social channels, with a strong portfolio.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Australian internet culture, and short-form storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with New Zealand culture and trends is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Ability to ideate, shoot, and edit independently, taking projects from concept to completion.
- Strong creative instincts and ability to adapt quickly to new trends and formats.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with a distributed team.
- Availability for part-time work through February 2027.
