We have seen how social media can generate extraordinary awareness and momentum for brands. Now, we want to use those same tools to give purpose-led organisations the attention they deserve.
Through thoughtful design and culture-first storytelling, UPWRD helps people discover, support and connect with causes that matter to them.
The Role
We are producing a video series for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram in which we volunteer with a different organisation around London each week.
Each episode will explore:

We are looking for a Volunteer Videographer to film the series with us for approximately two hours, one day a week.
This is an unpaid, volunteer-based opportunity suited to an emerging videographer who wants to develop their portfolio while supporting organisations doing meaningful work.
Qualifications
- A portfolio showing work where you were the primary camera operator
- Your own camera and filming equipment
- Availability to film in London for approximately two hours, one day a week
- Confidence filming interviews and documentary-style content
- A strong eye for human-centred storytelling
- An interest in social impact and community-led work
- Reliability and confidence working with a range of people
- A good sense of humour and the ability to build a natural rapport with the host. The dynamic between the host and camera operator will be an important part of the series
