Company Description

Beyond Grades is dedicated to capturing the full story of a child’s growth, far beyond what can be shown in exam results or certificates.

The company partners with schools and families to document the personal journeys, character, and everyday moments that shape a child’s development over many years.

The team believes that the years a child spends becoming who they are deserve to be remembered and kept with care.

Their work aims to ensure that these formative stories are told properly and remain accessible for as long as they are needed.

Role Description

This is a contract (may extend it to full time), on-site Freelance Videographer role based in West Yorkshire.

The Freelance Videographer will collaborate with schools and families to plan, shoot, and produce documentary-style video content that authentically reflects children’s experiences and school communities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
