Upcoming Event Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Videographer based in or around London to cover an upcoming event on 14th September 2026. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality event footage, key moments, and atmospheric B-roll that aligns with VUE Film’s cinematic aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate cameras and lighting equipment on-site for the full event duration.
- Capture dynamic B-roll, key speaker/guest interactions, and core event highlights following an assigned shot list.
- Ensure proper audio capture (if applicable) and lighting management across changing environments.
- Maintain organized media files and hand off raw footage promptly post-event.
- Communicate clearly with the on-site production lead and follow project creative direction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Availability: Must be available on-site in London on 14th September 2026.
- Equipment: Owns or has reliable access to professional 4K camera gear, stabilization, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in camera operation, framing, and handling varied event lighting conditions.
- Portfolio: A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous event, corporate, or commercial videography work is required.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
