Freelance Videographer – Leeds
Location: Leeds, UK

About the Role
We are looking for a creative freelance videographer based in Leeds to create high-quality video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional projects.
The ideal candidate understands how to create short-form, engaging videos that capture attention quickly and work well on Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot and edit professional video content.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and social media content.
- Capture high-quality footage of properties, businesses, people and events.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio and other production equipment.
- Edit videos with professional transitions, captions, music and effects.
- Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for social platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a videographer, filmmaker or content creator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video shooting and editing skills.
- Good knowledge of cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
- Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
- Understanding of social media video trends and short-form content.
- Strong sense of composition, lighting and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Own camera and basic production equipment preferred.
- Must be based in Leeds or able to travel within the Leeds area.
