Role Description
The Freelance Videographer internship is a hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Planning and shooting video content that aligns with Equity House’s mission and brand guidelines
- Operating cameras and related equipment
- Setting up appropriate lighting for a range of environments
- Collaborating with creative and program teams to capture footage of events, interviews, and storytelling pieces featuring youth-focused initiatives
- Tasks may also involve basic editing, organizing media files, and preparing content for digital platforms, while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including planning shoots and capturing high-quality footage.
- Proficiency in camera operation and use of different camera types in varied settings.
- Ability to set up and adjust lighting to achieve consistent and professional visual results.
- Hands-on experience shooting video for interviews, events, or social and digital content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, reliable time management, and ability to work both on-site and remotely.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and learning.
- Interest in youth empowerment, education, or the future of work; prior portfolio or showreel is highly desirable.
