Freelance VIP & Creator Seeding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Freelance VIP & Creator Seeding Specialist to support the growth of an emerging female-focused fashion and beauty brand.

This role is focused on aspirational product placement and organic seeding, getting our products into the hands of high-profile celebrities, tastemakers, content creators, and culturally relevant talent who naturally align with the brand.

We are looking for someone who already has a strong network across celebrity, talent, influencer, and creator circles, including relationships with talent managers, agents, stylists, publicists, and other key gatekeepers.

This is not primarily a paid influencer marketing role. The focus is on strategic gifting, relationship building, and organic product placement, with the aim of generating visibility, social coverage, and long-term brand affinity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted VIP, celebrity, and creator seeding strategy across fashion and beauty.
  • Identify aspirational celebrities, creators, tastemakers, and emerging talent who align with the brand's positioning and aesthetic.
  • Leverage existing relationships with talent managers, agents, stylists, publicists, and creators to facilitate product gifting and placements.
  • Proactively approach and build relationships with new high-value talent and their teams.
  • Coordinate the full seeding process, from talent selection and outreach through to product selection, dispatch, and follow-up.
  • Identify timely gifting opportunities around events, shoots, launches, travel, and relevant cultural moments.
  • Encourage organic social visibility while maintaining an authentic, non-transactional approach to gifting.
  • Maintain an organised pipeline of talent contacts, gifting activity, placements, and resulting coverage.
  • Track and report on successful placements, social mentions, and other outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
