Role Description

The Freelancer Software Sales professional will work freelance in Stoke-On-Trent, UK engaging directly with prospective and existing clients to promote Zaam AI Tech’s software and AI solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying leads
  • Conducting product demonstrations
  • Presenting tailored solutions based on client needs
  • Managing the sales pipeline
  • Preparing proposals
  • Negotiating terms
  • Closing deals that align with business goals

This position also requires:

  • Maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Coordinating with technical teams to refine solution offerings
  • Providing feedback on market trends and client requirements
  • Accurate reporting of sales activities
  • Meeting revenue targets
  • Representing the company at relevant client meetings or local events

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Software Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of Software products and SaaS solutions, preferably in AI, web development, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting complex solutions clearly and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Service experience in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting post-sale engagement.
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments and translate business challenges into appropriate technical solutions.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional technical and marketing teams.
  • Prior experience in B2B technology sales, especially with enterprise or startup clients, is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
