As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you'll join a specialist team working in a high-performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C. You'll play a vital role in making sure thousands of customers receive their frozen products accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For
New to warehousing? No problem. Skills can be taught. Bring your positive attitude and we'll support you every step of the way.
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol.
- You must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the site using your chosen method of transport.
- For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.
- Day roles involve working across ambient and chilled areas (0-5°C).

Available Shifts
You'll work 4 shifts in every 7-day period. Shifts are scheduled across the full week, including weekends.
Night Shift
19:00 - 05:00
Day Shift
05:00 - 15:00
What Do You Get In Return?
- Basic Rate: £12.84 per hour
- Freezer Premium: Additional £0.80 per hour
- Night Shift Premium: Additional £2.67 per hour for hours worked between 00:00 and 06:00
- Overtime: Paid at 1.25x basic rate
