37.5 hrs weekly, 9:00am – 5:30pm

The Company

Buster + Punch is a London-born interior fashion design label working with rare, solid materials to make extraordinary items for everyday use. From lighting and hardware to custom motorcycles and whisky bars, the brand now makes unexpected and elegant interior products.

Its work is inspired by London’s fashion, music and sub-culture where it collaborates with street artists, bike builders, musicians and fashion designers to inject attitude into their crafted products.

The Role

The Freight and Import / Export Manager oversees the end-to-end movement, storage, and fulfilment of goods across our global supply chain. This role ensures high service levels, optimised warehouse operations, and efficient delivery to retailers, wholesale, marketplace (including Amazon), and D2C channels. A strong background in logistics is essential, with additional advantage for experience in Amazon FBA/FBM operations.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Distribution Operations

  • Lead global logistics operations including inbound freight, customs clearance, warehousing, outbound shipping, ocean, air and final mile distribution.
  • Ensure on-time, in-full delivery performance across all channels: retail partners, B2B, D2C, and Amazon.
  • Manage 3PL relationships across global regions (including USA, Europe, UK, APAC), conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement.

Warehouse Management

  • Define, maintain, and monitor SLAs and KPIs across warehousing, fulfilment, delivery, and returns.
  • Track operational performance (OTIF, DIFOT, pick accuracy, damage rates, dock-to-stock, order cycle time).
  • Experience with warehouse management, tender/RFP process and warehouse transition.
  • Implement corrective action plans and proactive improvement roadmaps with 3PL partners.
  • Provide structured reporting and insights to leadership on service, cost, risks, and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead stock accuracy programs, and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.

Retail & Amazon Channel Support

  • Support retailer onboarding requirements including EDI, labelling, pallet configuration, routing guides, AP/AR processes.
  • Manage Amazon FBA/FBM operations including shipment creation, compliance, prep requirements, and performance metrics (OTD, DIFOT, IPI score).
  • Ensure service-level adherence for key retail partners (SLA compliance, ASN accuracy, delivery windows).

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Work closely with Supply Chain team on planning, forecasts, supply risk management, and inventory optimisation, supporting SIOP initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Delivery and Sourcing on inbound timelines, vendor readiness, and logistics cost impacts.
  • Monitor cost-to-serve and implement cost-reduction initiatives, including freight consolidation and carrier optimisation.

Compliance, Systems & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and transport safety standards.
  • Oversee logistics systems (Netsuite &/or Netstock proficiency advantageous) and support process automation.
  • Produce monthly KPI dashboards and present insights to leadership (cost, service, inventory, efficiency metrics).

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain roles—must include retail logistics and USA regional exposure.
  • Experience with ERP exposure (Netsuite advantageous) and Amazon FBA/FBM processes strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to customs systems ACE (US), CARM (CA) and CDS (UK).
  • Proven leadership in 3PL management and multi-region operations.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse optimisation, and freight operations.
  • Skilled in data analysis, KPI reporting, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, people management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Education and Qualifications

  • Degree preferred but not essential.
  • GCSE Maths and English required.
