Freight Forwarder – Full Time
Location: Witham, Essex

🚚 The Role
As a Freight Forwarder, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the movement of goods across the UK, Europe, and worldwide. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and learning something new every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Organising and managing shipments from collection to delivery
- Liaising with customers, carriers, and suppliers
- Preparing and processing documentation (import/export, customs, transport paperwork)
- Tracking shipments and providing updates
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures
- Supporting the wider operations team as needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience in freight forwarding is a bonus, but not essential — training will be provided
