About TGL Global Logistics UK Ltd
TGL Global Logistics UK Ltd is an international freight forwarding company delivering reliable logistics solutions across the UK, Europe, Türkiye, Egypt, and global markets. We specialise in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Solutions. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operator to strengthen our Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated logistics professional looking to develop their career within a growing international freight forwarding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Ocean Freight Import & Export shipments (FCL & LCL)
- Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and transport providers
- Arrange bookings and shipment schedules
- Prepare Bills of Lading and shipping documentation
- Coordinate customs clearance processes
- Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates
- Resolve operational issues efficiently
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and overseas partners
- Ensure all shipments comply with company procedures and international regulations
- Maintain accurate operational records

Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding
- Strong Ocean Freight Import & Export knowledge
- Experience with FCL & LCL shipments
- Good understanding of Incoterms
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Right to work in the UK
