Role: Freight Support and Compliance Executive

As a Freight Support and Compliance Executive, you will provide first-class service to our freight customers, ensuring a seamless journey and supporting best practice in compliance and operational processes. Working within the freight sales team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Admin/Compliance to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Act as first point of contact for freight customers, resolving queries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance for new freight customers, ensuring smooth access to systems and compliance requirements.
  • Manage accurate data input across all relevant systems, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
  • Assist with core freight processes including bookings, rate validation, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, prevent disputes, and maintain a positive customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Bring a minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience in an office environment.
  • Be driven by accuracy and compliance, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate confidence managing systems and data in a fast-paced setting.
  • Thrive in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the freight or logistics industry.
  • Ability to speak English and an additional language.
