The Role
- Respond clearly and politely to customer requests
- Prepare, file, and maintain client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Update and manage databases, CRM systems, and tracking tools
- Coordinate and follow up on communications with partners and French public bodies
- Draft professional correspondence and emails in both French and English
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination or a similar client-facing role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident dealing with clients, colleagues and external contacts in a professional and friendly manner
- Proactive and reliable, with a calm approach to solving problems and handling changing priorities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
