French or German Customer Service Advisor

Description
- Location: Near Birmingham City Centre (On-site)
- Salary: £26,572.00 per annum (Paid weekly on an hours-worked basis)
- Position: Full-Time, 3-Month Contract (Strong view to permanency)
- Hours: 36.5 hours per week | Mon–Thu 9am–5pm, Fri 9am–4pm

We are a dynamic, fast-growing furniture business located right near Birmingham City Centre. We are seeking an enthusiastic, bilingual communicator to support our European customer base.
If you have a great attitude, love helping people, and want a role you can truly make your own, we want to hear from you! There is no cold calling required.
What You Will Do
- Connect: Handle incoming customer service calls and emails from French or German customers.
- Manage: Process furniture orders and log call details.
- Coordinate: Create delivery labels, track customer shipments, and book collections.
- Support: Complete general office administration and occasional health and safety tasks.
What We Are Looking For
- Language: Fluent written and spoken French or German, and English.
- Communication: A confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
- Tech Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Mindset: An organised multi-tasker who pays attention to detail.
- Team Spirit: Motivated, reliable, and ready to thrive in a vibrant office.
No prior customer service experience? No problem! We provide full, comprehensive training if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
