About the Role

We are looking for a positive, creative, and fearless person who loves pushing the limits to join our growing startup, working remote from all over the world!

Working Conditions

Company Overview

  • Main office in Copenhagen, registered as well.
  • 15 recruiters working in various languages.
  • Training during the week and update meetings.
  • Platforms used: Team Tailor, Slack, and Google Drive.

Job Squad

  • Founded in 2018 with a belief that recruitment needs to be done in a careful and honest way.
  • Focus on inspiring and creating opportunities for people.
  • We work mainly with people aged 18-35.
  • Gap year jobs, first jobs abroad, and a few manager positions.

Requirements

  • High level of integrity and trustworthy.
  • Proactive, asks questions, and motivation should mainly come from within.
  • Experience in sales or recruitment is a plus.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience from an international environment is a plus.
  • Experience from living abroad is a big plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with social media and how to use it effectively as a recruitment tool.
  • Willing to use social media profiles for work.
  • Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal (B2 Level).
  • Knowledge into the mentality and culture of the mentioned countries/languages.

Responsibilities

  • Operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets.
  • Planning, job briefing, creating job ads, updating the database, proactive search of candidates, screening, interviews, reference checks, feedback sessions, and handholding.
  • Building a strong relationship with sales and delivery managers.
  • Handholding candidates after their job start.
  • Creating and finding new sources to contact potential candidates.
  • Supporting candidates on the entire journey, from start to end.
  • Processing candidates' requests and providing relevant information.
