French-Speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant

📍 London, UK | Hybrid

I’m partnering with a specialist consultancy that advises businesses and investors on complex organisational and performance challenges. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a French-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their London office.

The role offers the opportunity to work across European engagements, supporting senior leadership teams and private equity-backed organisations through periods of transformation, growth, and change.

The Role:

Working within small project teams, you’ll have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and interact directly with senior decision-makers. Your work will involve:

  • Evaluating business performance, organisational structures, and ways of working
  • Identifying opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness
  • Building data-led insights and translating them into practical recommendations
  • Owning key elements and workstreams across client engagements
  • Working closely with senior management and executive teams
  • Supporting the delivery and implementation of organisational change
  • Coaching junior colleagues and contributing to internal knowledge and best practice

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
