Responsibilities

French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Manchester

Early finish on a Friday

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

The Role

  • Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and website
  • Support French-speaking customers and Sales Managers
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide support across wider international markets when required
  • Manage queries and orders within set deadlines
  • Arrange courier bookings for parcels and pallets when needed

Candidate's Profile

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) is essential
  • Experience in Customer Service is required
  • Previous experience in product export would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of working on a SAP system would be beneficial
