The Role

  • Support customers with any queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Raise and update tickets for ongoing incidents and repairs
  • Provide troubleshooting support in order to identify common faults and suggest solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system
  • Escalate tickets accordingly when the issue requires more complex technical support
  • Produce reports on any software defects and investigate re-occurrences
  • Follow Service Level Agreements to ensure customers are given the best support possible

Candidate's Profile

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Fluent in French to high level (written and spoken) – Essential
  • Previous experience in customer service and administration – Beneficial
  • IT literate and comfortable learning new systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and confident personality with good initiative
