French-Speaking Digital Marketing Executive
Leeds, West Yorkshire, hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
£28,000 – £32,000 per annum DOE + Benefits
About the Role
Our client, a well-established online retailer in the sports and outdoor sector, is looking for a French-speaking Marketing Executive to drive growth in their French market. You'll report into the International Marketing Manager and work across content, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce, so if you like variety in your working week, this one's for you.
You might have a couple of years' marketing experience already, or you might just have bags of curiosity and the right attitude. Either way, you'll be naturally interested in marketing trends and the French sports, running, and outdoor market, comfortable taking ownership of projects from brief to delivery, and happy to flag issues (and solutions) early rather than let them quietly become a problem.
You'll enjoy asking questions, challenging ideas constructively, and using research on customers and competitors to shape what the marketing team does next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
