Who We Are Looking For

You're a commercially ambitious, strategically minded leader who can shape the next phase of a high-potential technology platform. You combine portfolio-thinking with hands-on commercial delivery, equally comfortable developing a three-to-five year growth strategy and owning a deal with a strategic account.

You have significant P&L ownership experience, strong commercial instincts, and genuine curiosity about technology markets and where they're heading. You're native-fluent in French, confident leading across international markets, and ready to build something transformational.

The Role

Strategy, Growth & Innovation

  • Set and deliver the annual business plan for Tech Show Paris
  • Develop a three-to-five year growth and innovation agenda
  • Identify emerging technology sectors, changing customer needs and new commercial opportunities
  • Develop new event formats, content platforms, partnerships and sponsorship products
  • Use customer insight, market data and competitor intelligence to guide investment
  • Build stronger connections between sectors while protecting individual community relevance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
