Temp contract - initially looking for October half term (October 19th - 30th) with possibility for future holiday camps.
About the Company
Euro London Appointments is recruiting on behalf of a well established French language education provider operating bilingual holiday camps across London.
About the Role
We are seeking a Holiday Camp Manager to lead a team of childcare professionals and activity leaders, delivering engaging, safe and memorable holiday camp experiences for children aged 3-11.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who enjoys leading teams, creating positive learning environments and supporting children's development through play, creativity and physical activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of a holiday camp site
- Lead, motivate and support a team of childcare and activity staff
- Ensure children's welfare, safeguarding and wellbeing remain the highest priority
- Maintain compliance with all childcare, health & safety and operational requirements
- Build positive relationships with parents through professional communication
- Oversee staff management, incident reporting and risk assessments
- Support the delivery of creative activities, sports, games and themed experiences
- Create a fun, inclusive and nurturing environment for all children attending camp

Requirements
Essential
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Fluency in French and English
- Previous experience managing teams within a childcare, nursery, holiday camp or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare procedures
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
