Key Account Manager

This is a Key Account Manager role focused on growing and retaining a portfolio of enterprise customers through strategic relationship management, renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, own account growth plans, and drive revenue expansion within an established client base.

Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customer retention and revenue expansion
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic account planning and consultative selling
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Lead renewals, commercial negotiations, and account growth discussions to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records while collaborating with internal teams to maximise customer value.

Profile

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Growth, SaaS, Technology, or Digital Media sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and retention targets
  • Skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning, with the ability to uncover growth opportunities within existing enterprise customers
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, using a consultative approach to build long-term customer relationships
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and highly organised, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experienced using CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce) to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and drive account growth
