Job Title: French speaking Payroll & HR Coordinator
Location: Cirencester, hybrid after probation
Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5pm with early finishes on Fridays
Salary: £40,000-45,000 DOE + discretionary annual bonus
Our growing international client is a leader in the medtech industry and is on the lookout for a French speaking Payroll & HR Coordinator professional to join them during their exciting growth period!
In this role, you’ll be supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll, focussing on the French market, acting as a first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries from employees and managers, and supporting the company’s global HR department.

As the French speaking Payroll & HR Coordinator, you’ll:
- Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll, focussing on the French market
- Maintain employee and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Process payroll changes, including new starters, leavers, salary adjustments, benefits and absences
- Act as a first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries from employees and managers
- Administer employee benefits and support monthly payroll reporting
- Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and HR administration tasks
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations

Who we’re looking for:
- Native-level French speaker with fluent English
- 2+ years of experience in French payroll processes and legislation
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution-based approach
