French Speaking Sales Account Manager

Location: Bournemouth – Hybrid

Salary: £31,000 basic + £1,500 quarterly bonus + £10,000–£15,000 commission

OTE: Circa £47,500–£52,000

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

TeamJobs is recruiting a French Speaking Sales Account Manager to join a successful international technology sales business based in Bournemouth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a globally recognised technology brand, managing B2B sales opportunities across the French market and working with innovative cloud, AI and digital technology solutions.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, building relationships with businesses and senior decision-makers, understanding their requirements and converting opportunities into new business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full B2B sales cycle from initial contact through to close
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Managing inbound leads alongside proactive outbound activity
  • Running discovery calls to understand customer requirements
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Presenting appropriate technology solutions
  • Managing proposals, negotiations and closing opportunities
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM and sales pipeline
  • Working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Developing long-term customer relationships

What we’re looking for:

  • Native-level French is essential
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Minimum 6 months' B2B sales closing experience
  • Previous work or education experience in France
  • Strong understanding of the French market and culture
  • Confident communicating with senior business decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded
  • An interest in technology and developing a career within tech sales

  • £31,000 basic salary
