  • Play a key role in the growth of our European head office operations
  • Report directly to company directors and work closely with a successful and collaborative team, gaining experience across multiple business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and account management
  • Manage established customer relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Gain hands-on experience with HubSpot and contribute to its integration with our ERP system
  • Work with a global customer base, developing valuable international business experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing French client base
  • Engage with customers via phone and email, managing orders, enquiries, and account requirements
  • Proactively develop customer relationships and promote Myriad in new international markets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and help us maintain our 5-star Google reviews
  • Support daily operations, from general administration to navigating internal search systems
  • Process sales orders for UK and EU customers through our bespoke ERP system
  • Use Excel, EPC tools, PDF manuals, and our interactive website to locate and process parts

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive and enthusiastic French speaking, communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
  • A strong desire to learn, full training will be provided on our product lines
  • Organised, punctual, reliable, and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Strong communication and computer literacy skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
  • An interest in Excel and a willingness to learn how to optimise and manage data
  • Fluent French and strong English communication skills
