Escape Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with an established global manufacturing business based in Stirling, who are looking for a French-speaking Sales Coordinator to join their busy and supportive sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and keeping things moving behind the scenes. You'll work closely with the external sales team and customers across the French market, playing an important role in delivering a smooth and efficient customer experience.

What will you be doing?
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing a high level of service
- Preparing and issuing customer quotations
- Liaising with internal teams to gather information for quotes and orders
- Processing sales orders through the ERP system
- Monitoring orders throughout the supply chain and keeping customers updated
- Investigating and resolving any order or delivery issues
- Preparing despatch documentation
- Liaising with hauliers and customers to coordinate deliveries
- Providing day-to-day administration support to the external sales team
- Raising credit notes and purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate pricing, quotation and customer records
- Producing reports covering sales activity, customer accounts and product movement

What will make you a great fit?
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues across different teams.
You'll ideally have:
- Fluent French and English, ideally to business level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive, problem-solving approach
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally experience using CRM or ERP systems
- A flexible, collaborative and positive "can-do" attitude
