The role
You will take ownership of client workstreams from initial analysis through to implementation.
- Develop practical strategies, business plans and transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Guide junior consultants and review their work
- Help improve the tools and processes used across client projects
About you
- Fluent French and English
- At least three years’ strategy consulting or genuine in-house strategy experience
- Experience leading client workstreams or complex strategic projects
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Confident presenting to executives and facilitating workshops
- Comfortable managing clients and supporting junior colleagues
- Master’s degree with a strong academic record
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Additional European languages would be beneficial.
