About the Role

Albert Bartlett, a leading British family brand known for quality potatoes since 1948, is seeking a dedicated Fresh Production Supervisor to join our team.

You will work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, and every 3rd Saturday, and you will have the opportunity to lead and support a dynamic team to ensure our fresh production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This position offers a competitive salary of £13.70 per hour and the chance to play a key role in maintaining our high-quality standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations within the fresh production area, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and motivate a team of operators, fostering a positive and engaged working environment.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a production or manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and productive work environment.
