Outside IR35 Contract - £500-600 a day
Steadman Brown are partnered with a well-known Salesforce customer who are looking to hire a Freshservice Administrator to support the integration and ongoing alignment of Freshservice with their Salesforce platform.
As the Freshservice Administrator, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration and optimisation of the Freshservice platform, with a particular focus on integrations, automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration, configuration and maintenance of the Freshservice platform.
- Configure and maintain service desk workflows, business rules, automations, SLAs, service catalogues and approval processes.
- Support and maintain the integration between Freshservice and Salesforce.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot any issues to ensure data flows accurately and reliably between platforms.

About You
- Proven experience administering and configuring Freshservice.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes.
- Experience working with incident, request, problem and change management processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring workflows, automations, SLAs, service catalogues and business rules.
