Role Description The Sales Associate role is a Friday and Saturday, on-site position based in Sale. The Sales Associate will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product information and recommendations to support purchasing decisions. Daily tasks include managing the sales floor, maintaining stock displays, handling transactions at the point of sale, and keeping the store clean and well-organized. The role also involves assisting with inventory checks, supporting visual merchandising, and following company policies and procedures. The Sales Associate will work closely with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and retail sales abilities, including active listening and clear communication.
- Experience handling cash, card payments, and point-of-sale systems with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain store presentation, manage stock, and support merchandising activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential; training can be provided.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills; additional language skills are a plus.
