Retail Host - Fright Nights
Location: Thorpe Park, Chertsey, KT16 8PN
Hours: Full time, fully flexible.
Contract Type: Seasonal
Here at the UK's Most Thrilling Theme Park, we're gearing up to celebrate 25 Years of Fear, as Fright Nights returns! We are recruiting for Retail Hosts to join our team in delivering our award-winning theme park scare event!
Working in Retail at Thorpe Park means creating lasting memories in an environment where no day is ever the same! With a range of retail stores across the theme park, there are opportunities for both team and independent working opportunities - but no matter where you're working, you'll be part of a team responsible for delivering an exceptional service to our guests!
What You'll Be Doing...
In this role, you will be helping to create lasting memories for our guests across our range of retail stores.
- Providing a consistent and high level of service to all guests in line with our values, working to achieve our mystery shop targets.
- Using your in-depth product and park knowledge to help our guests make the most of their visit and our product range.
- Supporting the department in delivering daily revenue targets, through joint ownership of units alongside your team and managers.
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness within the units, ensuring the stores look well-presented at all times in line with procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
Due to the nature of the role and working hours, applicants must be 18 years old or over.
- Experience of working in a retail or leisure environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Successful applicants will show a real passion for creating memorable experiences for all our guests and delivering great guest service at all times!
- We're looking for applicants able to clearly communicate with team leaders and management with new ideas and suggestions to create a better work environment.
