What you will be doing
We are seeking to grow our Customer Transformation consulting practice by hiring a dynamic Marketing Services and Operations Senior Director to help us lead and accelerate the growth of Marketing Operations enabled transformation. The individual we are looking for must have a sound understanding of Marketing Strategy & Technology with a proven ability to shape, sell, and deliver marketing operations programs of work at scale, for tier one clients.
Required Experience:
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Significant experience in leading marketing service outsourcing programs.
- Experience in working with multi-regional teams & global business lines within a matric organization.
- Broad Marketing Technology knowledge meaning you’re capable of shaping, selling, and delivering Marketing Technology solutions to clients.
- Understanding of AI and Agentic AI tools and how these advances enable the acceleration of marketing services.
- Ability to turn a set of business objectives into capabilities and map those capabilities to technical solutions.
- Advisory/transformation experience relevant to MarTech.
- Proven track record of selling multifaceted scaled Marketing programs of work, across Strategy, Technology, and Operations.
- Competent in at least one, preferably multiple sectors holding tangible relationships at a CXO level.
- Experience developing: Marketing shared services, workflow automation, agentic ecosystem builds, global business services operating models, digital twins, cloud computing.
An overview of the role
This role is an exciting blend of management consulting skills, mixed with Marketing Technology, Strategy, and Operations. You will be a key leader responsible for growing our high-performing Marketing services team, nurturing top talent, and developing strong client relationships.
- Lead multiple, and often concurrent marketing bids.
- Confidently shape attractive commercial propositions and proposals, often responsible for the scope, budget, and resources of the project, as well as the expectations and satisfaction of the clients.
- Lead, manage, and deliver on multiple marketing/sector-related projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals and leading pitches for Marketing Services and Martech related work.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders and experts across frog, Capgemini Invent, and wider Capgemini, as well as with external partners and vendors, to create and implement cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
- Advise tier-one organizations at the cutting edge of the industry, delivering and embedding Marketing Services and Martech capabilities alongside supporting processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.
- Analyze and optimize clients’ Marketing Services and Martech stacks, identifying inefficiencies and designing solutions to enhance marketing operations and maximize ROI.
- Provide objective insights into the strengths and weaknesses of products, tools, and approaches within the Marketing Services and Martech space.
- Ensure you and your team remain informed of best practices, emerging technology trends, and innovations in digital media, data integration, data platforms, marketing automation, digital asset management, content management, and social media.
- Help organizations unlock the potential of AI and Agentic AI by defining pilots, scaling approaches, and embedding AI into their marketing practices.
- Industry experience in one or more of: Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Utilities, Telco, Public Sector.
