Role Description

The Front Desk Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for serving as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and partners. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Handling basic receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining front desk organization
  • Providing administrative assistance, including data entry, updating records, preparing documents, and supporting course and event coordination

Qualifications

  • Experience with receptionist duties and front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing appointments.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with a diverse community.
  • Administrative assistance experience, including data entry, record-keeping, and basic office coordination.
  • Ability to handle mail, fax, and general office correspondence accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets); familiarity with scheduling or student management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site full time in a professional educational setting.
  • Prior experience in an educational or creative environment is beneficial; relevant training or coursework in administration or office support is a plus.
