Diversity

We’re an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to building a diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive environment, where everyone can thrive and be their authentic selves at work. We recognise that the climate crisis intersects with social and inclusion issues, and we’re particularly eager to receive applications from individuals who bring diverse perspectives, including people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, parents, carers, and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds. We also value different experiences and encourage applicants whose backgrounds may not exactly match the criteria in the job description to apply.

About The Role

The Front Desk Host & Ecosystem Support Coordinator holds an integral position within our workspace team.

As the friendly face of our reception, you set the tone for every interaction. You provide a warm welcome, manage enquiries, and ensure our front desk operates smoothly and professionally.

In addition to core front-of-house duties, you will support the Membership & Ecosystem Lead with onboarding new members and promoting internal community events.

We host frequent events and busy member days — you will be the calm, organised presence who confidently guides members and guests to where they need to be.

Your role ensures everyone feels welcomed, supported and connected to our climate tech community.

Key responsibilities

Front of House & Reception (core focus)

  • Greet and assist members, guests and employees with a warm, professional welcome;
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors;
  • Manage phone, inbox and reception communications;
  • Notify members when guests arrive;
  • Organise incoming and outgoing post;
  • Maintain a tidy, organised and welcoming reception area;
  • Monitor meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are reset and presentation ready;
  • Support daily workspace readiness (lights, room checks, air conditioning, general opening procedures).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
