Front Desk Host – The Goodwood Hotel

40 hours per week, on a Fixed Term Contract ending 31st December 2026.

Picture yourself at the heart of the beautiful West Sussex countryside, welcoming guests to The Goodwood Hotel. As a Front Desk Host, you’ll be part of a warm, professional team known for delivering exceptional service with a smile.

Your Role

You’ll be the friendly face that greets our guests, checks them in and out, and helps them discover everything the Estate has to offer. From spa days to flying experiences, you’ll be the one who sets the tone for a memorable stay.

What You’ll Bring

  • A natural flair for customer service and a love for working with people
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or leisure
  • Great communication and IT skills
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (a bonus, not essential)

Please note: We’re lucky to work in stunning countryside – this means you’ll need your own transport.

Shift Pattern

Shifts include a mix of:

  • Early: 7am – 3:30pm
  • Late: 2:30pm – 11pm
  • Day shifts
