Front Desk Agent – Full-Time
We are seeking a reliable, full-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. Please note that all hiring is strictly on-the-books (payroll with standard tax deductions/T4)—no cash-in-hand arrangements are available. No prior hotel experience is required; complete training will be provided. Suitable candidates will be contacted for an interview this Monday.

- Employment Type: Full-Time only (Payroll / On-the-Books)
- Interview Timeline: Qualified candidates will be called/invited for an interview this coming Monday

- Schedule: Must have a fully flexible schedule (rotating shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Core Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle reservations
- Process card payments accurately using the front desk system
- Answer incoming calls and resolve basic guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
