Love creating exceptional guest experiences, even while the world sleeps?
We're looking for a Casual Night Front Desk Host to join our friendly Hotel team. You'll be the welcoming face of the Goodwood Hotel overnight, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service, support and care throughout their stay.
Whether you're checking guests in, handling enquiries, supporting room service requests or helping to keep the hotel running smoothly overnight, no two shifts are quite the same.

What you'll be doing:
- Delivering a warm and professional welcome to guests throughout the night
- Managing guest check-ins, check-outs and overnight enquiries
- Supporting with luggage, guest requests and room service delivery as required
- Ensuring guest needs are anticipated and exceeded wherever possible
- Handling guest feedback, queries and complaints with confidence and professionalism
- Completing overnight administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming and professional environment for guests and colleagues

What you'll bring:
- A passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service
- A positive, friendly and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence working independently and making decisions
- Great attention to detail
- Previous customer-facing experience is desirable, ideally within hospitality, leisure or retail
