Role Description
This part-time remote Front Desk Office role focuses on delivering professional, organized, and responsive front-line support. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails, greeting and assisting virtual visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff or departments. The role also involves scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining digital records, and supporting basic office administration tasks such as data entry and document management. The individual will provide consistent, courteous customer service to students, families, and staff, while ensuring communication flows smoothly across the organization. Collaboration with other team members and adherence to organizational policies and confidentiality standards are central to this position.
