Role Description

The Front Desk Receptionist role at Montrose London is a part-time, on-site position based in London. The receptionist will greet clients, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience.

  • Managing appointment bookings
  • Coordinating schedules with clinical staff

The role also involves handling clerical tasks such as maintaining patient records, processing payments, and organizing correspondence. The receptionist will support smooth clinic operations, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the clinic’s standards of service and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and staff.
  • Demonstrated receptionist duties experience, including managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and coordinating appointments.
  • Effective phone etiquette skills, including handling calls, routing inquiries, and providing clear, courteous information.
  • Clerical skills such as data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and basic administrative support.
  • Proficiency with office software and appointment management systems; previous experience in healthcare or clinics is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Relevant receptionist or administrative experience; formal training or qualifications in administration or customer service are beneficial.
