is a trusted Exeter car body repair centre, delivering high-quality bodywork, paintwork, and accident repairs. We’re known for great workmanship and friendly, honest service — and we’re looking for a welcoming, organised person to be the face of our business.
The Role
You’ll be our first point of contact for customers and callers, keeping the front desk running smoothly and supporting the workshop team with admin and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with enquiries
- Answer & direct calls, take messages, manage bookings
- Schedule appointments & maintain the diary/calendar
- Process payments, issue receipts, filing & basic admin
- Update customer records & send reminders/updates
- Keep reception area neat & professional
- Help the team with other light admin tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional manner — great with people in person & on the phone
- Organised, reliable & good attention to detail
- Basic IT skills (email, Microsoft Office, booking systems)
- Punctual & able to work independently
- Good written & spoken English
- Experience preferred but not essential — we’ll train the right person!
