Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and be the welcoming first point of contact for everyone who visits our office. You'll greet guests, manage incoming calls, and help maintain a professional, organized front desk experience.

This role is ideal for someone personable and reliable who enjoys interacting with people throughout the day. Alongside guest interactions, you'll handle mail, manage visitor sign-in procedures, and provide light administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures
  • Sort mail and deliveries
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of receptionist or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with multi-line phone systems and basic office software
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual approach
