Front Desk Receptionist and Office Support - Part time | Enfield
Are you friendly, organized, and confident speaking with patients? Would you enjoy joining a welcoming chiropractic and acupuncture office where your work helps create a positive patient experience? We are looking for a reliable and personable Front Desk Receptionist to support our patients, practitioners, and wider office team.
The role You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm welcome while helping the office run smoothly. This is a varied position combining reception duties, appointment scheduling, payments, and general administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing patient payments
- Completing insurance verification and billing
- Ordering office supplies
- Supporting the doctor, acupuncturist, and other team members
- Maintaining accurate and organized patient information

About our Company
Dynamic Balance Wellness is a friendly, patient-focused chiropractic and acupuncture practice committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment. Our office is dog-friendly, with occasional resident pooches. It is also strictly smoke-free and scent-free, perfumes and other scented products must not be worn or used.
The person
We are looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing, cheerful, and professional
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Mature, organized, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicating with patients and colleagues
- Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office programs and online resources
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team

Previous experience with insurance billing, verification, or business writing would be helpful. This is a part-time, in-person position offering approximately 15–20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Applicants must be available to work varying shifts between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
