About the Company
Aro Recruitment is a London-based hospitality staffing agency providing flexible staffing solutions to hotels and serviced apartments across London.
We’re looking for experienced Front Office Receptionists to join our growing team and work across a variety of hospitality properties.
The Role
As a Front Office Receptionist, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for guests and will play an important part in creating a professional and welcoming experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming guests and creating a great first impression
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handling guest enquiries, requests and basic complaints
- Answering and directing telephone calls professionally
- Processing payments accurately
- Managing reservations and updating guest records
- Maintaining accurate information within hotel systems
- Communicating clearly with Housekeeping, Reservations and other hotel departments
- Supporting Front Office teams during busy periods
- Delivering friendly and professional service throughout the guest journey

What We’re Looking For
- Previous Front Office, Reception or Guest Services experience within hospitality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional telephone manner and good phone etiquette
- Confident, friendly and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy hotel environment
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using hotel systems
- Previous experience with PMS systems such as Opera, OnQ or PEP is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with availability
