About Alora Studio

Alora Studio is Birmingham’s first and only Lagree studio, launching in Autumn 2026 as the region's first fully dedicated Lagree hub. We deliver high-intensity, zero-impact workouts built around the patented Megaformer machine; designed to push muscular endurance, core strength, and physical longevity without joint strain. At Alora Studio, we pride ourselves on creating an elevated, high-energy, and deeply impactful workout experience rooted in a single core belief: strong looks good on you.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a bright, bubbly, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face and daily operational anchor of Alora Studio.

Sitting at the heart of our studio operations, you will be responsible for creating an extraordinary first impression for every client walking through our doors. From managing seamless check-ins to resolving customer enquiries and keeping our spaces immaculate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining Alora Studio’s high standards.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position designed for someone who takes pride in showing up with warmth, confidence, and absolute reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Hospitality & Front Desk Management: Warmly greet clients, check them in for classes, introduce new members to the studio environment, and ensure every visitor receives a quality experience.
  • Customer Care & Query Handling: Confident handling of telephone, email, and messaging enquiries. Professionally resolve member feedback, account questions, or booking queries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Studio Operations & Maintenance: Maintain an immaculate, highly presentable reception and studio space throughout operating hours. Perform regular studio overviews, supply checks, and light space upkeep.
  • Class & Booking Administration: Manage class schedules, client account records, membership bookings, and point-of-sale payment processing using our studio booking software.
  • Instructor & Management Support: Work closely with our teaching team to ensure smooth transitions between class slots, supporting instructors so they can focus on delivering exceptional sessions.
  • Daily Procedures: Assist with day-to-day administrative support, studio prep, and routine shift opening or closing tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
