About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of a modern React and TypeScript platform, playing a pivotal part in shaping its future development. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and enhance the overall developer experience. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact features that provide intuitive and accessible experiences to users worldwide.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to drive frontend improvements, optimize performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be expected to challenge existing approaches, introduce best practices, and elevate frontend standards across the organization. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about frontend technology, innovation, and creating seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in modern frontend tools and frameworks such as Vite, Ant Design, and SCSS.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and best practices.
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) and responsive design principles.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks including Vitest, Testing Library, and MSW.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable features within a React 18+ and TypeScript application environment.
- Take ownership of and continuously improve Vite-based development and build tooling processes.
- Create reusable, modular, and scalable frontend components adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.
- Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using Ant Design and SCSS, ensuring optimal user experiences across devices and regions.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services utilizing AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL to ensure seamless data flow and real-time updates.
- Optimize frontend performance, reliability, and maintainability through code improvements and architectural enhancements.
- Implement internationalization (i18n) features to support multiple languages and regions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes to uphold engineering standards.
- Manage dependencies, security updates, and technical debt to maintain a healthy codebase.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve developer workflows, tooling, and frontend processes for better efficiency and quality.
